Hi I'm back! It's official... I'm now on my sister's Design Team at Sketches by Carly! The others are my aunt Kathy, my mom Kris, my friend Lorie, and of course my sister Carly.

I love to get creative and make "mini" things. So I colored Marci Ballerina (from La-La Land Crafts) and made this Movie Theater Concession Stand. I made a paper pizza, popcorn popper, soda dispenser, butter dispenser, nachos and even a hot dog complete with relish, ketchup and mustard... and of course lots of stickles and ziggy paint. The alpha letters are purple and have stars on them... get it? STARS (theater) *Ü* You can click the pictures to make them bigger.

La-La Land Crafts is having a KIDS CONTEST going on right now. All you need to do is;

Be a Kid,
use a stamp or digi from La-La Land Crafts and
use your favorite color

Mermaid Marci

Hi, this is Maddy and I have a cute Mermaid Marci card to show you.

I colored this Mermaid Marci and then added stickles (glitter glue) to her hair star barrette and some scales. I made a treasure chest and some seaweed by drawing them and cutting them out. I also cuttlebugged the blue cardstock to look like water bubbles and added some blue mesh for a net.

My mom had some colored see through envelopes so I put my card in one and it really looks like water!!

See?? My card is actually a postcard because it doesn’t fold.

You can write on the back. Hope you like it :)

Up, Up and Away!

I have great news! There is a new blog for LaLaLand Crafts and it’s just for KIDS!! I was asked to be one of the hostesses and I’m so excited!! I posted my first LaLa card and a little tutorial. Sometimes we will have CONTESTS and you can win prizes! I hope you’ll come over and play if you’re a kid.

I made this card using Pilot Luka.

I stamped it on white and on Kraft Cardstock and colored with mom’s Copics. Then I had my mom cut out the colored pieces of the box.

Then I glued them on the Kraft box, and then glued the Kraft box onto the white paper. I also added stick on pearls for his buttons. For the dog’s collar I used an oval stick on pearl and based stickels around it.

I sponged my cardstock with two colors of ink.

After all of the card was planned out I got my mom to print out a sentiment for my card.

I hope you enjoyed my first card for LaLa Land Kids.

Disco Day

This is a card that i made for The Paper Shelter. They have some really cutie patootie digis! For this card i thought of a really good idea. Everyone always decorate the outside of their cards, well not me. I wanted to decorate the inside of my card!!!!! I used their Cool Waitress digi. This is my (favorite). Plus that checkered floor, i made it out of a bunch of punched pieces. I based this card on a restaurant where the waiters wear roller skates and serve their costumers with the theme of rock. I also made a lime green disco ball. Using a circle nestie with white paper.then rolled it through the cuttle bug with the square pattern. I used a silver gelly pen and colored all of the pop up squares. Using lime green stickels to finish it off. My sister Carly found a scrap of paper that look like a straw, which fit the theme perfectly. So thats what i used to hang the disco ball. Making the funky print behind the disco ball was no party either. And topped it off with a House Of Rock sign.

hi everybody, I'm kind of sad no ones really followed or seen my blog,but i made an awesome card. and its a FUNNY card. i love it! so i used the polar bear. its sooooooo cute. well here it is. well I'm entering it in the Cupcake Craft challenge.

i used white card stock, paper, stickles, copics,polar bear image, and a teal or turquoise pen, and a toothpick.

my card collection

Sorry I haven’t posted in a long time, but I want to show some cards I’ve made over the past months.

Ok, so my first card was based on a cafe` named Lattes of Luck. My second card is a princess on hills

holding a bird in the castle with rivers flowing behind her. I think my third card is really cute with the cheerleader

and foam fingers but not just that. On the right hand side it was me who made the DP. The cupcake special

treat is a mini card along with the panda set. Please let me know what you think. BYE!!!!!!!

Maddy's Treat Box

Today I will show you how to make a treat box. Here is the first picture.

First you get a big piece of card stock that you want to be your base. Then if you have a stamping block like the one in the picture take the medium block and trace the block 4 squares across and one down below the second square.

Now cut the big piece on the outside trace of the marks with either your scissors or a cutter. Now score or fold on the inside lines and it will start to form a box.

Then cut out little strips of the same colored card stock and fold in half. On the out side of the strip cover it with double sided tape.

Next place the piece of card stock tape side out on the bottom square connecting the square right next to it together. Do that to all sides.

Now you take a different color of card stock that will be your secondary color and cut a strip that is as thick as your box. Tape it on one side and tape to the bottom of the box.

Then take a transparent bag and cut it in half.

Place the cut in half bag inside the box.

Take either a hole punch or a double punch and punch 4 holes together.

Cut a ribbon that maches your colors about 9 inches and you will need two of them. Take one and put it through the front and out the back tie in a diagonal.

Do the same on the other. It should look like this.

This next step is if you have the lattice punch punch out two of them. If you don't have that punch then take another type of border punch if you have one and place it on the sides with tape.

Last fill the bag with candy and give it to somebody.

I made this card for the La-La Land Craft challenge which was my mom's challenge to Paper piece your image. I used my mom's stamp with her Copics to color this Rosie with cat. I used Design Paper to piece her shoes, shirt and pockets. Hope I win! Wish me Luck!

Hi there! This is tenderheart Bear. I made this carebear card for someone special who takes care of Alzheimer patients, and for Cammie's Heart♥ to Heart♥ blog candy.

And here is the inside. This is Love-a-Lot Bear. And I cut 2 red hearts and taped them together at the top. I cut another heart in white and wrote Thank You for Careing in sparkle gellroll pen.

I hope I win because it's a HUGE bunch of gifts from lots of stamp companies. I'm so excited! my mom is entering too. You should go read and see how much stuff is giving away. It's a lot! Bye for now.

A Crafty Monkeys Challenge - PETS

Hannah and Zoe's challenge is to create a card with the theme "pets." We have 1 dog, 2 cats, 2 bunnies, and 2 hamsters. I chose this Sugar Nellie image with a kitty and stamped it twice. My cats have grey stripes, just like these. We like to give our cats milk, but not very often.

I put yellow stickles all around the gold frame. I drew in the rug under the ctas. I cut out the girl and the kitties and taped them on.☻

hi. I made this box for the Crafty Monkeys blog challenge. Mom took me and my sister to the scrapbook store and we got to pick out the paper we liked. Mom made one to, and she told me how to make it. I wanted to put a hot coco mix in mine. First I put a silver cupliner in the bottom and I put choclit chips in it like this...

then I put in some marshmallows and mix. we didn't have any tiny ones.

then I sprinkuld carmls on top. YUMM.

I stamped a snowman and colord him with a white gel pen and mommys markers. and addedbeaded snowfalks. hope you like it.
